Remote Care & Testing

How does remote hearing care work with Auzen?

You’ll receive remote consultations, fittings, fine-tuning, and follow-ups directly from certified audiologists via video, phone, or messaging. You only need a phone or tablet with internet.

What’s the difference between traditional audiology and Auzen’s service?

Unlike traditional audiology clinics that require multiple in-person visits, Auzen offers a 100% online hearing care experience — from hearing test to fitting and long-term follow-up. Our certified audiologists provide the same professional care remotely, using advanced teleaudiology tools to fine-tune your hearing aids in real time. You get top-tier prescription hearing aids from world-renowned brands at up to 65% less than clinic prices, with faster delivery, unlimited support, and no waiting room. It’s expert audiology, reimagined for modern life.

Is the online hearing test free, and how long does it take?

Yes, the online hearing screening is free, quick (~5 minutes), and overseen by audiologists.

Does the Hearing screening test provide an audiogram?

No, the online hearing screening test does not provide you with an audiogram. It can only detect hearing loss and does not provide information regarding the type and depth of the hearing loss.

How do I get started with my hearing aids?

Your hearing aids are delivered to you pre-set according to the audiogram you sent us. You can charge them and already try them on. Make sure to pair them correctly with your smartphone by looking at our Pairing Guide. You will then have your first tele-fitting session with your dedicated audiologist, who will fine-tune the settings of your hearing aids live.

Price, Payment & Delivery

What payment options are available?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, and offer interest-free Splitit instalment plans up to 12 months.

What are the delivery times and shipping countries?

Trial, Warranty & Insurance

What does the 30‑day trial include?

Try any hearing aid model for 30 days, risk-free. Auzen covers delivery both ways, and you’ll receive full support during the trial.

How do I get my money back if I'm not satisfied during the 30-day trial period?

A written request for a return must precede all exchanges or refunds. To make such a request, the Customer must first contact Auzen by email at contact@auzen.com within the 30 days of the purchase (as shown on the postmark). The returned product must be sent in a tracked package and include a written indication of whether the Customer would like an exchange or a refund, along with the complete order reference. Read More

What warranty cover is provided?

All devices include a 4-year manufacturer’s warranty. Independently, for £150 per device, Auzen offers Auzen Care, which adds protection against theft, loss, accidental damage, and mechanical failure.

Are Auzen’s hearing aids covered by the NHS?

No, Auzen’s hearing aids are not covered by the NHS. While the NHS offers basic hearing aids free of charge, Auzen provides access to advanced, prescription hearing aids from top global brands — including Signia, Phonak, Oticon, and more — with professional remote care and a 30-day risk-free trial. Our service is private, fully online, and designed for those who want premium technology, discreet designs, faster access, and ongoing personalised support not available through NHS pathways.

Can I get financial support or reimbursement for hearing aids purchased from Auzen in the UK?

While Auzen hearing aids are not funded by the NHS, you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement through private health insurance or employer healthcare plans in the UK. Auzen provides all the necessary medical invoices and audiologist documentation to help you file a claim. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm what level of cover is available. Our support team is also available to assist you with the process.
