Refund policy

Auzen will do its best to ensure that the photographic representation of the products or services on the Site is as faithful as possible to the products or services themselves. However, due to the digital presentation of products or services on the Internet, it is possible that the Client's perception of the photographic representation of the products or services does not correspond exactly to the product or service itself.

In the event of non-conformity of the product delivered to the Client (the product delivered is different from the one ordered, for example when there is a difference in the model or colour), the Client may return the product to Auzen. In the case of non-conformity of the products, the Client has the right to

Request the repair of the product unless this would involve a manifestly disproportionate cost,

Request the replacement of the product by asking to be delivered a product of equivalent quality and price, within the limits of available stocks,

If the repair and replacement of the product are impossible, the Customer has the option of returning the product and being reimbursed for the price of the product ordered at no cost to the Customer. The Customer will then be reimbursed within 30 days of his request and provided that Auzen has received the return of the product in question.

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of Auzen.

In the case of damage during transport, if the parcel has been damaged, the Client must refuse the parcel upon delivery or obtain a damage certificate from the transporter. In any case, the client can also return the product to Auzen. The Client then has the option of :

Either to be delivered a product of equivalent quality and price, within the limits of available stocks,

Or to be reimbursed by credit card for the price of the product ordered within 30 days of the request.

The cost of delivery of a new product will be borne by Auzen.

The Customer must make his complaint as soon as he receives the parcel by e-mail to contact@auzen.com or by post.

The Client must return the goods within the same time period to the following address:

Any claim made after this time will be rejected and Auzen will be released from any responsibility.

The product must be sent in the following manner:

Correctly protected, in its original packaging, accompanied by any accessories, instructions and documentation,

Accompanied by the sales invoice so that Auzen can identify the customer (order number, surname, first name, address, email) and make the corresponding credit note/refund (amount of purchase refunded, excluding any shipping costs),

Without the product having obviously been the object of a durable use, i.e. provided that the products do not bear the mark of a prolonged use exceeding the time necessary for their test.

The products must be sent by tracked parcel post. Auzen will reimburse the cost of the return (within the limit of the standard rate in force) after receipt of the returned goods, subject to compliance with the above provisions (particularly those relating to the condition of the products and their packaging). Returns by cash on delivery are not accepted.

If the above conditions are not respected, Auzen will not be able to reimburse the goods concerned.
