The Widex SmartRIC R is suitable for moderate-to-severe hearing loss and is available in three different performance levels. The highest model includes advanced AI-powered noise reduction and frequency control. Fully rechargeable, the Widex SmartRIC RD hearing aids deliver up to 37 hours of continuous use or 27 hours with 8 hours of sound streaming on a single charge.

The Widex SmartRIC R line comes in five colours to match your preferences and lifestyle.

Widex SmartRIC R 220
The Comfort Line model offers 10 processing channels/adjustment bands and 3 programs. It offers Widex PureSound with ZeroDelay technology for excellent sound quality. At this technology level, users can enjoy noise reduction features, audibility extender, connectivity,

Widex SmartRIC R 330
The Advantage Line model offers all the features of the Comfort Line plus 12 processing channels/adjustment bands and 4 programmes. Some unique features include a speech enhancer and a digital pinna, which mimics the natural function of the ear.

Widex Smart RIC 440 R
The Excellence Line model offers all the features of previous performance levels plus 15 processing channels and 5 programmes. It is the top of the range and offers the full suite of advanced features for the Widex Smart RIC R line. Some unique features of this model include the Smartwind Manager and a high-frequency boost.

Features

The main innovation of the Widex SmartRIC R line is the use of Widex PureSound technology and Zero Delay, which deliver natural sound in real time. This line also includes advanced noise features, such as Soft-Level noise reduction, which helps eliminate low-volume annoying sounds. The coverage of wind and outdoor background noise is exceptional thanks to the AI-powered Smartwind Manager, which reduces the distortion caused by the wind.

At the top performance level, it also uses an HD locator to manage high frequencies. Other features, such as True Acoustics, adjust the settings to provide a more natural sound.

Connectivity

One of the characteristics of the Widex SmartRIc R is the fast wireless that eliminates the need for Bluetooth. This technology allows seamless connection with Android and iPhone devices for calls and streaming. These hearing aids also integrate with DEX assistive listening devices via Widex Link technology, including the Widex Sound Assist that provides Bluetooth connection, the Sound Connect accessory that enhances streaming audio, and more available in our store.

Mobile App

The Widex SmartRIC R is compatible with the Widex Moment application. This innovative app uses SoundSense Learn technology to help users personalise sound settings and listening programmes from their smartphones.

Thanks to the Widex Moment app, users can connect their smartphones to the hearing aid, making it possible to directly stream calls and audio. Users can troubleshoot simple issues or ask questions by going to the help section of the application.
